Question Treatment for CIN 1

Correct me if im wrong ... treatment/management options for CIN1 (anyone is good):
1) repeat pap every 6 mths until 2succesive normal pap
2) colposcopy with curretage
3) HPV test
4) ablation, cryo or laser
5) LEEP, cold knife

you've said it all..just to add a few little details :
-You do a colposcopy and then repeat pap in 12 month
-the HPV testing in 12 month.

This is a good flow chart but ACS-H shpuld be under high abnormalities right?

1, 4 and 5 are all ok depending on the situation. If only choose one, I go with 5

Default HPV over all

HPV testing is always over all ,, If it's in the choices ,, then it's the right answer
