Question Lab values: SI Units or Standard/Conventional Units!

Dear friends

In real exam we follow SI units or standard units values?

Anyone knows

The USMLE replicates what's happening in real practice in USA.

Therefore, for common labs such as glucose, CBC, chemistry, LFTs, RFTs we follow conventional units. In the exam they'll say 120 mg/dL glucose, they won't say mmol/liter.

But remember, there are stuff that "commonly" have the SI units as the usual unit. Specially those hormones and rare labs.
