Default Case !!

A 45 man comes to the clinic for poor impulse control . Over the past month he has spent of his saving on business ventures an is currently estranged from his wife. He admits a decreased need for sleep , a new sense of grandiosity & increased energy spent on researching projects to make money.He has no prior psychiatric history and his only medical history includes Rx for gonorrhea & appendectomy at age 36. Physical reveals a thin middle-aged man with pressured speech.Pupillary exam is normal except that pupils are reactive to convergence but not to light.Infection with which of the following organisms is the most likely etiology of his symptoms ??

a) chlamydia trachomatis
b)HSV
c)Neisseria
d)Toxoplasmosis
e)Treponema pallidum
