Your UWSA score and your UW average don't really match up well. My guess is that you studied by system/subject and you did UW the same way. You may have even done MTB in the mornings followed by focused UW questions in the afternoons. What this means is that you would have been testing your short term memory instead of your long term memory. Your UWSA shows that the long term memory is lagging quite a bit.

At this point, I think your best bet would be:

1) Identify any extremely weak areas and hit those hard.

2) Do as many questions as you possibly can.

While I don't know what your ultimate score will be, I do know that you can get substantial improvement in the next 8 days. I would redo UWorld unless you've already done it twice. This time I would do random/timed blocks only. Based on your scores above, you clearly know a lot more than you are remembering on test days. If you can do 200-300 questions per day between now and the test, you can get through World again and you will enhance your longer term memory.

As your test nears, I would do another self assessment and see where you're at. If it's still in failing territory, I would postpone the exam. If it's not, then go ahead and take the test and be done with it.

Good luck!

I did my UWORLD TIMED, Unused, mixed and after finishing MTB. But I don't know why I am doing fine with Cardio and Neuro in UWSA in spite of being so weak in these aspects. IS it really a good predictor?
What about Free 150 q?

I will do NMBE 4 in 3 days after reviewing my UW notes. hope to be better this time!

Besides doing UW questions more and more, what do you guys recommend notsure:?

I think I would stick with UW questions. If you only got 66% correct, that means you have a lot you could still learn. I would do another pass and maybe prioritize your weakest areas.

I went over Incorrect UW Questions again. And tonight I did The NBME 4 Offline. I considered the timing while doing it offline, and I "ve got 75% correct. do you have any Idea about score correlation? Is it around 210?
I have 1 week to my exam!
