Unhappy Missed the exam day because of the scheduling permit

I showed up for the test today & realized that I had brought something else other than my scheduling permit , then tried to log on to my account on ECFMG but I got blocked somehow _ I guess it wasn't my day _ so I didn't take the damn test , I came back home , called ECFMG & they unblocked my Account but the problem now that I don't know what to do or how to reschedule my test , my eligibility period ends by the end of this month , I'm going out of my mind right now , how do I reschedule & how long is it gonna take & how much is it gonna cost ?? help guys, I'm f**k'n lost.

1)Ok first relax and take few deep breaths

2) Curse ECFMG / Prometric till you have gotten all your anger out

3)Once you got it out of your system call prometric and tell them your situation and ask them to help you. Be polite but firm and tell them you need to take the exam soon.

4) if they keep saying they cant ask to speak to the supervisor and talk to him.

5) End result you will have to pay the fee (117 for me) and they will reset ur elagability and give you a new date.

6) relax and then give your exams.

7) BEST OF LUCK!

BTW Print your permit right now and place it in the bag you will be taking with you to the center so you wont forget.

Good luck, I'm glad you could deal with them and reschedule it
print more than one copy, it's what I did. I kept one in my car and took one in my bag....

Here's what happened so people pay attention & don't think I'm stupid.
I usually use a 16 letters password, so I used the same password in my ecfmg account , but what happened is that the website only allowed a 15 letters password, so when I tried to use my password at the prometric site , which was the first time I tried to log on my account from a computer other than mine & the first time to use the password since it was saved on my computer , I entered the 16 letters password which I was sure it was correct , the thing is the website allowed me to enter the whole 16 letters instead of just the 15 , so with an extra letter it was a wrong password & it locked me out, so to think about it it was their fault , & the irony here , I was trying to be so secure that even I couldn't get in .
