All nbmes are years old, I don't think they are very accurate at all anymore. But, for what it's worth, nbme 4 and 6 are usually the best predictors. Form 7 and 3 are usually much more difficult for everyone.

my personal experience:

7 days out NBME 6 - 233
5 days out NBME 7 - 237

actual step 2 ck - 241.

my experience:

NBME 4 - 217
NBME 7 - 221
UWSA - 247

Real Exam - 244

nbme's underpredict your score, go with UWSA
