Blood IDA withe negative occult blood

55 Yr old man presented with Iron deficiency anemia and chronic constipation. Fecal occult blood reportedly negative twice.
What is the next step in management?

A- Colonoscopy
B- Nutritional history and advice
C- Full anemia work up
D- Vitamin C therapy
E- Bleeding nuclear scan

Default Your still do colonoscopy

No matter how many times you get a negative FOB you still do colonoscopy in patients over 50 in USA. We can't afford missing CA colon.
