3. E (I put C when I did the assessment and I got it wrong so maybe the answer is E)
4. maybe D (can't remember what I put)
5. D (measure sodium because the patient has seizures)
6. D (X-ray of cervical spine because the patient has rheumatoid arthritis)

3) E, I think. SLR is positive only if it elicits radicular pain. [reading your question I first picked C!]
