EKG Management of asymptomatic arrythmias

Hi,

For example, if a patient has an asymptomatic sinus bradycardia, no treatment is necessary.

I don't understand symptomatic vs asymptomatic symptoms?
Can someone please explain?

Symptomatic means:
Chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, shock.
