Question Junior resident in home country

I am just about to start my CK prep..

I was thinking of joining as a junior resident in a hospital, just to get some home country LoRS...
I was really confused if i should join or not..i am planning to take CK in mid March to end....is it doable..is the time enough???. please lemme know fast i am totally confused...

Could the moderators help!!!

Home country LoRs do work but they are not as good as US LoRs.

Working in home country is better than staying home!

How long it takes to prep for the CK?
It depends on your background and many other factors
However you can get an idea here
Time needed for IMGs to prepare for Step 2 CK
