USMLE Step 2 CK Score of 244!
I want to ask if someone had 244 on step2. Does it mean that he had 170 questions wrong???
If total questions were 414 that sounds easy.

The three digit score of the USMLE exam is not related to the number of questions you get right. See this thread for details;
