USMLE Books Step 2 Secrets or First aid or Step up to medicine?

hi there,
I have covered both mtb 2 and mtb 3 and am looking for one more book for revision to add to the mtb and uw knowledge.
What do you guys recommend if you have done any of these?

I have step up to medicine. Its huge. Honestly I did not study it. I went with Kaplan IM since I think it is more oriented with the actual usmle exam.

Idea!

well i personally think that if you just want to add a fast final review (ive heard) Secrets is very good, i acually bought it but havent read it yet, i will leave it for the end of my preparation, since its such a tiny book it would be good to read a new material in the end, because in the end i usually feel "familiar" with a concept and think i know it just because ive been in that particular page 2-3 times, but if i read a concept in a new structure then i will realize what i really know and what should i work on...

if you want to add a book to study simultaneously with MTB, hmm... i dont know, a friend of mine used both MTB2 + FA2 and it worked pretty well for him
