Default HCV treatment? New treatments?

Hey I was wondering if we will be tested on the new HCV treatments that are highly effective?
Usually with acute HCV you start with peg interferon + ribavirin Then add an protease inhibitor if HCV genotype 1.
What about Chronic HCV tx? the Vieira Pak?
It includes ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir and dasabuvir.
It looks like the new initial tx is combo ledipasvir/sofosbuvir for chronic hepatitis C infections.

Any help would be nice

as per mtb step 3 edition 3 ... the only difference in treatment of acute and chronic hep C is that in acute hep C you use interferon or ribavarin whereas in chronic hep C you use both interferon and ribavarin. A protease inhibitor is added for both regimen.
