Question Most sensitive test?

A 32 year old male patient came to the office with a with a painless ulcer on his penis. He has a history of sexual exposure 15 days back with a woman other than his regular partner. The same patient developed cutaneous rashes after 3 months with lymphadenopathy. What is the most sensitive test to diagnose this patient in both presentations?

A. VDRL initially and RPR later
B. Darkfield microscopy initially and VDRL/RPR later
C. FTA-ABS for both presentations
D. MHA-TP for both presentations

Oh yes, in primary syphilis there's still no time for antibody titer to rise
