Default difference

the difference in managment the medical treatment in calcular is just to prevent complications ( mucocele , pyocele ....) and the main treatment is cholecystectomy while in acalcular chelycystitis the main treatment is medical .
there ios also another difference in antibiotics , we donot use 3rd generation cephalosporin in calcular type , as it s highest concentration is in the bile to eradicate the organism but the g.b is obstructed but we use another antibiotics that its highest concentration ( bioavailabilty ) in the blood like 2nd generation cephalosporin or ampicillin and garamycin
