Thumbs Up CK Prep. guidance and timeline needed?

Hello all.
I have a few basic questions about step 2 CK preparation ( i have done step 1) :

1- Which books to start with? What is the difference between FA, and MTB for CK ? or Kaplan series? Which one do you recommend? what are the advantages of each book over others? Please mention suggestions for individual subjects.

2- Role of Kaplan Videos?

3- For Mcq's practice, which one to do first, and how many Q books?

4- How much time Step 2 CK is gonna take, with what amount of daily study hours?

5- Please give a note on assessment tests. When to take it, and how many?

Kindly, suggest me a proper time-line for CK preparation.
Thanks everyone !
