Default Aortic regurge

Why in aortic regurgitation murmur is heard in the Lt sternal border in spite that the aortic area is located in the Rt 2nd intercostal space ???

coz, we here the sound of backward direction of the blood and this below the site of the valve and the heart is twisted so blood flow in oblique direction
