Default paradoxical split of S2

Hi all:

When we have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, the reason we have paradoxical

spliting of S2 is due to systemic hypertension or other reasons? How about

hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy(HOCM)? Can we see paradoxical

splitting of S2 in HOCM? Thank you!
