Arrow Are useful MedQuest videos???

Please guys tell me if these videos are useful, somebody gave me links for videos, but i don't know if this make sense to watch them,

I have watched Pulmonology & Gastroenterology vids. They are more focused on the step 3 exam. I would suggest it's better to watch Conrad Fischer 20 cases than medquest but if u have ample time u can try medquest too. GL !!

How many hours are videos lenght, and how many days it take to watch, if to work a full day, day by day?
