Don't spend more than 1.2 secs on a question. If you feel that u are not able to get through the question in 1 attempt, just pick ur best guess and mark it so that u can come back to it later. Don't get stuck, u'll lose track of time if u get stuck at a question. Its very hard to move forward. Its like a mental block. U don't feel satisfied but u have to get over it and move forward to the next question. Its a matter of habit. If u do this, then u might save 5-6 mins at the end to review ur marked questions. Most of the times, u'll get that question in 2nd read.

I would recommend to do some standpoints. For example you know that when you did 11 questions it shouldn't take more than 15 min. Then 22 questions - 30 mintutes etc. It will help you to develop "insight watches" and you will fell how much time you have until the end of block. I've tried to do 11 questions in 12,5 minutes to spare some extra time and that had worked for me. After around 1000 q I resolved the problem with time management. Hope that helped.

I could finish Uworld and Uwsa blocks.
But, on real exam, I was really pushed for time.
Never more than a minute after completing each block.
And in the last block I had to do 3 questions in 2 mins. Questions are/appear to be longer than those on Uw or UWSA
