Unhappy 196/76...should I stop the USMLE?

I've just received the CK score report right now...I'm shattered and shocked, I passed Step1 3 years ago with mediocre score (205/84) and now CK with bad score (196/76) and I had failed CS once and didn't retake it yet...
Does it worth to go on the USMLE pathway?...I feel that I'm screwed (IMG, old graduate, needs H1, no USCE yet, no research, no publications).
I'm in a terrible depression because I've built many hopes on working in USA and I have a very bad situation in a horrible middle east country and wanna flee out of it ASAP.
Any light at the end of the tunnel?!
