Arrow Step 2 CK when to give reassurance only

There are lot of questions where answer is reassurance only

Can we start a thread to make a list of situations where only reassurance is required

1. mild metatarsus adductus type 1 where it over corrects on passive

Mongolian spot ,, A wide area of bluish discoloration on the lower back of the baby that usually fades within the first year and almost never persists beyond 7 years of age.
