Help Difference between Relapse and Recurrence?

I need a help guys...I don't know what is the difference between relapse and recurrence, can't seem to find it either...can u please help?

Dude,

There's no difference.

They are the same

Recurrence = Relapse

Which means reappearance of the disease or symptoms after a period of remission.

Recrudescence also means the same, but usually after a short period of remission.
