Default Having trouble with BPD vs Schizophrenia

as the title said, what are the key points in looking between the 2...

is BPD time specific? like how many months does it need to be present etc..

i cant seem to find the difference in KLN

hi i guess by bpd you mean brief psychotic disorder, if so then it last less than 1 month, schizophreniform between 1 and 6 months and schizophrenia more than 6 months

borderline personality also can get psychotic but they are functional.they are like this ever since [ no period of onset seen in q] and they are splitters...in thought[ all good and all bad] and suicidal.
ho!!

schizophrenia on contrast DO NOT function. former do!
