if you have the time, all of them, but at the very least you should cover IM, Peds, and OB/GYN at least two times. But what I would suggest is that you start off by doing questions - UW is best - and then review incorrect answers and topics in Kaplan notes. Keep a list of incorrect topics, which will grow as you do more questions, and use Kaplan as a secondary source. The only way to pass the exam is to do questions, so the more questions you can answer, the better off you'll be.
