Eye Conjunctivitis with clear discharge

7 year old girl with left eye irritation and tearing, no itching since two days. Left conjuctiva is erythematous with clear discharge and crusting. There is slight nasal congestion and erythematous mucosa.
Vitals - temp 98.8, pulse 83/min, RR 20/min, BP 100/65.
Right eye normal. All other examination is normal.
What's the most likely diagnosis?

A. Viral conjuctivitis
B. Allergic conjuctivitis
C. Gonococcal conjunctivits
D. Kawasaki Disease

viral and allergic are bilateral..
bacterial is unilateral but with mucopurulent discharge and fever.....

i m going with viral.... no itching makes me think viral more than allergic....

A. Viral conjunctivitis

allergic mostly bilateral and due to IgE the secretion mostly sticky so there is a problem in opening of the eye and fresh secretion is sticky so the eye lashes will be sticked together
