Hello! I took my exam on the 30th of September. I was hoping to get my results last wednesday which was the 3rd wednesday, but didn't. So I should definitely get my score today. Good Luck everyone!

Nbme 7-272
UWSA-255

Passed. Got 234.
Nbme 6 (2 weeks before) - 231
Nbme 4 ( 1 day before) - 244
Overall felt the exam was a lot tougher than the nbme's, and decided i would be happy with a 230+ considering how tough i felt the test was.

The mean and SD are still from June 2014 to July 2015? Or they updated?

Default 255

Passed!

Step 2 CK real deal: 255.

NBME Form 4 - 2 months prior to the exam: 540 (246 equivalent)

NBME Form 7 - 2 weeks prior to the exam: 500 (237 equivalent)

The real exam was much tougher than the Kaplan and UWorld QBanks, the questions were extremely long, I had to rush during the last 5-6 questions in each block.

I feel very fortunate to have passed with this score. In my mind, what counts is to thoroughly study the answers in the Qbanks. I did Kaplan videos and classroom anywhere lessons.

Since I work full time, my studies took place in the evening, 4-5 hours from 7 PM through midnight, weekends 8-10 hours each day.

My wife didn't divorce me and my kids seem to still love me, but this USMLE process has taken a toll.

God bless you all.

Hope this helps.

Default time invested for step 2

Look, I received my step 1 results in September last year and immediately started watching videos, which was more or less sort of a hobby kinda thing, that went on for 4 months, in that time I finished about 75% of the video library, watched videos until my live course started. Once my course started, I combined video watching (the 25% left) with the course. The time that I would count as really studying would be 8 months, from the moment my course started. Immediately after the course I started Kaplan qbank, there is where I invested a lot of effort thoroughly studying every single answer. I stopped ck study during all April to focus exclusively in CS, which I took in Philly May 1st (passed, fortunately). resumed CK and did Kaplan Qbank (finished 100% of it) and then Uwold qbank (finished 50 or 60% can't remember exactly anymore ) . So March, May, June, July and August, 5 months were Qbank months with intense studying. Hope this helps.
