Question query-ovarian vs pitutary tumor

ovarian tumor can produce precocious puberty but does not causes growth of pubic hairs, acne and odor changes a\w puberty.
this can be used to differentiate from pitutary tumor in which precocious puberty is associated with above mentioned changes.

can any1 explain logic behind?
there was accompained q

father because she has some acne, breast development, and fine pubic hair.

a. A feminizing ovarian tumor
b. A gonadotropin-producing tumor

this is neighter ovarian tumor nor pituitary tumor bcoz girl is OTHERWISE HEALTHY!!..if there is ovarian tumor there is abdominal discomfort...and if there is pituitary tumor there wl be headache and visual field defect...so here answer is E.....constitutional precosius puberty is MC cause of precosious puberty~

i wasnt asking for answer.

i was asking that how can i differentiate from pitutary vs ovary precocious puberty based on virilization characters[pubic hair,body odor,acne is former but not in latter]...do u know that?

I think its hard to differentiate from features alone ...q need to give some more features like high testosterone which u see in ovarian and headache and visual changes in pituitary ... since in above q they have not given much info about other diseases so i think we have to go with answer E.... what was the answer and explanation in above q?
