Default some confused question !!

Hi guys
I have some question, I need logic answer for them

1* old man have slightly renal impairment, BUN is high ( moderate ) , and has also osteoarthritis,
what's the better drug can you give for him
* celexocib
* acetaminophen
* ibuprofen


2* Story of suprachondylar fracture in boy , the question
what's the type of this fracture ?
* simple
* green stick
* committee
* compound

3- story of labor pregnant at 38 weeks , every thing is normal
during contraction of uterus , what’s the true?
· Increase villus blood flow and decease umbilical artery
· Decrease villous blood flow and increase umbilical artery
· Increase villous blood flow and not change umbilical artery
· Decrease villous blood flow and decrease umbilical artery

4- postpartum female, past history delivery with episiotomy , what’s the what's the most common cause of tearing and pick down of suture ?

· Infection
· Trauma
· Hematoma

but about the quetion of contraction of uterus ,,
not venous , it's villous blood and umblical artery ..
?? ????????????

any body help me ? this quetions faced in Arabic board exam !!
