Default Caribbean Med Student with poor knowledge base seeks advice for CK

Hello,

I am a Caribbean med student (Ross) that is rotating at a US Hospital. About to finish 3rd year. Due to the hospital I am at basically working me like a slave, I had very little time to study during the year. It showed on my shelf scores, basically all mid to low 60%.

In short, I have a very shaky knowledge base for CK. I only have 2 months to study for it as I have to get going with 4th year electives. I am so confused on the resources, so many out there. What would be the best resource to give me a solid foundation before I can get to Uworld? Especially in IM? So many to choose: Kaplan Classroom Anywhere, Kaplan High Yield, DIT, Becker, Onlinemeded.org, Conrad Fisher MedQuest IM? Please advise and thank you!

are you applying for the match this year? Is not too late already for CK to be given 2 months later, not in time for rank

How would that person schedule and fit all the kaplan videos and mtb 2-3 in 2 months? Do you have an example schedule?

I have used MTB for some subjects during clinical rotations. What is annoying is Fisher never says a certain exam/procedure/diagnostic is "the next best step" as the shelves and CK asks. He always words it in terms of "most sensitive", "most practical", "most reliable". etc.

Is there a resource out there that definitely says what the next best step is? I have a friend who says First Aid for Step 3 actually says this. Is this correct?
