Default craniopharyngioma superior or inferior quadrantanopsia?

hi guys,
does early craniopharyngioma causes superior or inferior quadrantanopsia?
finally it does causes bitemporal hemianopsia...thats okay. but initially?

please tell me, cant find the ans...

if possible please mention the source too...
