Hi guys,
Iam new to the CK forum. I wanted to know how exactly do we go about studying for CK. Some say kaplan is important ,some say its not. I know UW is a must . But is Kaplan a must ? Also what about MTB?
Another thing was how important is the edition of kaplan lecture notes ,if i decide to go for it?

Hi I just started prep this month for ck , and started doing kaplan text and mtb together for every system in IM , and add uworld notes , kaplan notes if any to mtb book added some pages in mtb book , but as far as I studied kaplan is not that essential for IM prep but if u have time do it , it would be wise to study mtb 3 along with mtb 2 rather than kaplan , uworld is a must, but I think it would be nice if we get some advice from test takers..

Hi everyone , i started prep this month too for ck , i talked to different people and all of them said that kaplan lecture notes are not gonna cover up the exam instead MTB 2 , 3 and MTB internal medicine along with Uworld ( its a must ).
Also do other q banks. I worked hard for step but score was not that hood though was good in assessments.
Anyhow any other suggestions would be helpful.
Thankyou
