Unhappy Freaking out with low NBME Scores

my exam is in 15 day and i took
NBME 1 > 214
NBME 2 > 218
NBME 3 > 230
( i feel like this NBME 3 SCORE IS JUST BY LUCK AND IT'S NOT MY REAL ASSESSMENT )
i took them each 10 days apart .. i feel like am way behind to hit the 240s , plus am very bad in biostat and IM .. i feel like i have no time to improve my performance .. am doing UW for the 2nd time .. i waste alot of time , sleep alot ,, i don't study .. i'm so tired ..worn off !

i didn't finish reviewing MTB ,, my plan was to finish UW and review everything in 10 days .. i'm suppose to take UWSA in 5 days and NBME4 right before my exam ... i'm so scared .. what do you think i should do .. i need support and advice ..thank you

u r panicking a lot which is bit natural and also bit harsh on urself..calm down, if u really want to hit 240 then i think u should post pone ur exam if u have time for it do the weak areas as shown by nbme's and get more serious towards ur studies if u think that's the limiting factor with u..u will have plenty of time to enjoy once u r done with ur exam and so save everything else for that time..

go thru mtb2 for IM and KLN are good for psychiatry..listen to some Dr.Fischer's videos at 2x speed the areas which u r deficient in IM and save ur UWSA and nbme 4 for a later period if u decide to postpone ur exam so that u have something good to assess urself with!!
best of luck with ur prep!!

Absolutely no need to postpone!! 15 days is a LONG time, and your scores are good. Focus on weak areas, esp in IM, finish and review UW only, hitting IM sections multiple times right b4 exam. I havent taken exam, but my hubby did this last year, and did good, improved his score (last NBME to actual) by 14pts in 7 days.

Take NBME 4 and UWSA too, with at least 4-7 days before exam, so you can review them well.
