Question Audio questions in CK, only heart sounds!

Guys are heart sounds the only type of sounds on Boards ?

are respiratory sounds asked or appear in exam ??

any words or news u heard ?

Well I didn't get any respiratory sounds,,only a murmur most likely aortic valve or mitral value anomalies
