Warning! Cul-De-Sac Anatomical Term?

I noticed that cul-de-sac mentioned several times as a female anatomical part but I could not really find the exact place. I know french and I know that cul-de-sac means a dead end but I don't know what that means in anatomy?

Can anybody tell me please

It's the all known pouch of Douglas, aka recto-uterine pouch.
