Medicolegal and Ethics Who takes the decision for an unconscious patient

So , patient is unconscious and who takes the decision?

There comes role of
  1. health power of attorney
  2. living will
  3. advanced directives
  4. substituted judgment
  5. best interest standards

In my view
this is the priority in decision making...

Health power of attorney > substituted judgment > advanced directives > living will > best interests standards

Is this okay?
