Default OBGYN question

I would believe that the answer would be A) reassurance as most simple cyst would resolve. In this case it might just be a simple luteal cyst since it is the one stimulating the progesterone for the maintenance of the pregnancy until the 10-12 week when the placenta takes over making the progesterone.
