X Ray pleural effusion -

I have got a ques in UW where ... s/s of CHF + reduce breath sound in rt side lung base ..... ans is pleural effusion due CHF ....... But effusion of nephrotic , cirrhosis and CHF are bilateral .... can some one please explain this ... thank you .......

Default It can be both

systemic causes of pleural effusion such CHF, cirrhosis, and nephrosis can cause bilateral or unilateral effusions but more commonly bilateral.
