GIT Ischemic bowel diease

Hi all:

On page 385 of MTBCK about ischemic bowel disease, it says that the most appropriate next step is to do angiography, but the initial test of ischemic bowel disease is to do CT scan of the abdomen. Shouldn't we do CT as the most appropriate next step?

Thank you!
