Default Back Pain Red Flags

Alright, I made up this mnemonic (as far as I know), so it might not be the best:

BACK PAIN

Bony tenderness - vertebral tenderness to palpation
At rest - pain when lying down or in bed at night
Cancer - history of malignancy or signs and symptoms point to malignancy
Kg loss - unexplained weight loss ≥10kg in 6 months

Persists - >6 weeks without improvement
Age - >50 years old or <17 years old
Incontinence - urinary or fecal
Neurological findings - paraesthesias, anaesthesias, etc

Haha, no, I just created the mnemonic - what I remember for back pain is really: "Fracture? Cancer? Neuro?"
