Arrow My Answer keys to offline Step 2 CK NBME

Hi! I just took my Step 2 CK two days back. I had been going through the offline NBMEs in the past month and I felt great difficulty regarding the absence of good enough answer keys, so I decided to research as much as I could and compile my own. I have put them up with occasional brief explanations on a blog so that they can be easily accessed. I am confident that the overwhelming majority of answers are correct, but I am of course not infallible. If you are interested you can view them here:

Form 1

Form 2

Form 3

Form 4

Hope you find them useful. If you disagree with any answer, you can point that out in the comments with your reason.

Default correction

Form 2
Block 4:
9) As mentioned somewhere else, "normal S1 and S2 essentially rules out aortic valve rupture": there would be decrescendo diastolic murmur at the apex. D) cardiac tamponade typicaly would decrease heart sounds (muffled), and in G) pulmonary embolism the lungs would be clear.
The answer that remains is E) Congestive heart failure, most probably due to MI, with possible papilary muscle rupture.
