Default IMG - passing the USMLE for fellowship spot

I wanted to share my experience for usmle exams.
I am an international graduate neer the end of my residency program, looking for a fellowship in the states.
I did the USMLE step 1 on june 2009- studied only usmle first aid and usmle world questions - score 209.
I decided to do step 2 ck and cs last minute in order to get ecfmg certified.
I had 3 months studying time for both exams before 7 year rule kicks in...
For CK
- I went through UWORLD qbank once in a time span of less than 2 months averaged 60%
- UWORLD assessment exam - 2 weeks before the real exam - score 201
- did more qbank questions for 2 weeks.
- Free 150 - 2 days prior to exam - score 83%
- I did not take any of the NBME exams...
- real deal - 210
Had 3 weeks to study for CS-
- read only first aid - score -PASS.
so for those who really don't have time to study it is possible to pass in a limited time.
thanks
