Default Please explain nbme question

24yo F. Menses occur at regular 28-day intervals and last 5 to 6 days. LMP 3 weeks ago. No meds, Bimanual exam shows a c-cm, mildly tender left adnexa. A pregnancy test is negative. Next step?
A) repeat exam in 2 weeks
B) Measure serum CA 125 concentration
C) Measurement of serum alpha-fetoprotein concentration
D) CT scan of pelvis
E) diagnoistic laparoscopy

Thank you.

If she is asymptomatic, I would just repeat the exam in 2 weeks ... so A.
