Stethoscope Hand Grip Effects on HOCM Murmur?

Can some one please tell me how hand grip affects intensity of murmurs in Aortic stenosis and Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy ?

Can someone clear this ?

Amyl nitrate= ACEi= emptier left ventricle


lesion handgrip amyl nitrate

aortic stenosis decrease murmur increase murmur
