Hi all:
In Kaplan CK Lecture Notes Surgery Book it says that in case of CVA pelvic injury, the cause of erectile dysfuntion is due to vascular cause.
But in UW, it says that in this case the main reason is neurogenic.
Can someone please clarify when is arterial cause, venous cause, and neurogenic cause of erectile dysfunction?
Thank you!
