Question Severe Cellulitis with fever; Oral or IV Antibiotics!

Hi all:

In MTB CK says that with severe cellulitis (fever present), we use IV antibiotics.

But UW says oral antibiotics. (actually in UW that question there are only oral choice)

So, which one is correct?

MTBCK is correct, when fever is present, use IV antibiotics.

If there are signs of sepsis (hypotension, high fever, rigor, chills, confusion) or oral medication are not working, give IV
