What does corona radiata (corticospinal tract) have to do with failure to inhibit voiding reflux?!

The guy had the "wet, wobbly, wacky". His diagnosis is normal pressure hydrocephalus. How do you reach the correct answer?

Note to admin...please write NBME 4 spoiler alert as the title. Thank you.
