Syringe One-time TdaP Booster

Hi all:

UW says that over 18 year-old we give one time TdaP booster. Does it mean besides every 10 years we get Td booster plus this one shot TdaP?

Thank you!

Tdap in all adults one time (or a series of three in someone with no vaccination record). As tyagee said, it takes the place of the Td, but you'd still give Tdap even if they got the Td booster recently. After the Tdap, you still get a Td booster every 10 years.
