Surgery Testicular Trauma

what is the best next step in the mgm of a child with Blunt testicular trauma + swelling + pain
of course the initial with be analgesia then what ?
-Scrotal US
-surgical Exploration

i think it'd be ultrasound.

firstly ud wanna rule out torsion.

then if its hematoma formation etc.. u cud drain it without explorative surgery.
dont see the need for it.
