Renal Bx since you have to know exactly what is going on before treating it.
The rise in Cr could be due to variety of causes including--Rejection, Renal failure, Infection (CMV etc).
Usually it is Rejection v/s Infection and T/t of these are entirely opposite.

There are several causes for the increase in Creatinin after few weeks of renal transplant. Two most common reasons are infection and rejection of organ. Hence, I believe, it might be more beneficial for you to seek the opinion of medical experts, rather than believing on anyone’s opinion. If you wish to know the actual reason for it, then I can recommend one good organ transplant clinic i.e. Justsavelives.com where you can seek professional guidance without any charge or you can consult with your local doctors too.
